  1. Thanks to Brian for capturing the spirit of each event along with highlighting those among us - I didn't know that Jason Sudol commutes from Lake Havasu - thanks for joining us! Congrats again to the entire PASR team that worked to put on a fun and well run National Tour event, > 20 years in the making!
  2. Thank you Brian for these monthly summaries - fun reads!
  3. Yes- updated my posts. Dismount/mount/balance. I wanted to try Wheel Specialists since they have a mounter that holds the wheel via the face side lug holes with no part of the wheel face touching the machine and thus 'almost' no chance for wheel damage) vs most everyone's std rim or barrel clamping (vs Lift Shop's face down, center centric + 1 lug hole hold method... which is excellent). Went with local Disc. Tire and asked for experienced mounter and they did a great job for $109 (dismt/mt/balance/dispose 4 tires). For super special wheels - the mounting machine at Wheel Specialists is second to none since there is no clamping on the wheel face nor the rim. They will also Saran wrap the rim edges to protect from any lever contacts but their price is over the top for a std wheel.
  4. I called this installer and they quoted $60/tire dismount/mt/balance at my SE Valley home.
  5. Quick update on Wheel Specialists in Tempe. Steve Morrison advised they have new pricing since ~October: $45/wheel install if you buy tires from them. $75/tire if you don't buy tires from them.
  6. If you consider 400lb - I have 2 H&R 6" long x 2.5".
  7. Thanks for those that followed along with us from AZ in Packwood, WA. We all had a great time: Jason, Doug, Kathi, Morgan, Ivan, Steven, Jeff/Nicole, Dave S, Dave R, Kerry and me. Packwood, WA is an incredibly scenic site with silhouetting snow on Mt. Rainer and the 70-80's weather was absolutely perfect with cooling breezes. A warm and fiercely competitive region with welcome dinners, DJ's, dancing, challenging courses and a week between events to explore the pacific NW make for a super fun time. Links to the fast notes for both the National Tour and ProSolo events at Packwood, WA in July: https://www.scca.com/articles/2016353-22-packwood-national-tour-fast-notes https://www.scca.com/articles/2016372-22-packwood-prosolo-fast-notes Most of us who went to WA are going to the Solo National Championships and the ProSolo Finale in Lincoln, NE in Sept. Several others from AZ are joining and we look forward to representing Arizona.
