  1. there is a dedicated safety steward for each heat but they are not responsible for cone count
  2. SCCA will send out a physical waiver card but if you don’t get it before the event then printed copies or screen shot will do. Faith says the card might be digital.
  3. the minor waiver on the website is AMP (the facility) you need to go to the SCCA website and obtain a SCCA minor waiver that is electronic go to SCCA “On line Store” and then “licenses” the forms are there for the minor waiver you have time before the event to get the minor waiver done
  4. does he have an SCCA minor waiver executed?
  5. passengers must be 12 years or 57” tall, sign all appropriate waivers, have a snell rated helmet that fits them and be a SCCA member either full time or week end member.
  6. What Ken said. Surface had average grip level. The course design had multiple areas that were 25 feet from the light poles. Parking was very tight, grid was a bit of a challenge, esp with how the club handled novices. I don’t think the site could support more than 50 drivers. Overall a C- to D+ experience.

  14. Basically, same rules apply as the skidpad, rain is generally not an issue, i.e. the event will be paused for lightning concerns. If there is significant rain that causes runoff of water/mud across the track, then the event may be paused or in the worst case stopped for safety concerns. We are monitoring the weather forecasts. Stay tuned.
  15. Lance great job today! Kudos to you, your wife, Chris Steele and his tech crew and everyone else who pitched in and made an annual tech and weigh-in day a fun way to spend a couple of hours. Kim
