  1. yes register and pay for guests through your MSR account when you sign up for that event
  2. Scott your SSS application has been declined πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  3. WS1 and WS6 are both inside the fence but their exact location will likely move during course set up.
  4. for the avoidance of doubt, a 2023 annual waiver cannot be used at a 2022 event
  5. Faith will provide the waiver crew with updated instructions
  6. Scott I am not sure when SCCA starts processing annuals for the upcoming year, I was able to process my 2022 annual waiver in early Dec of 2021 Kim
  7. After review and discussions: (1) Speedwaiver is the strongly preferred method of SCCA waiver execution at PASR events for entrants and registered guests. (2) SCCA annual waiver will be accepted provided (a) must be current (b) a clear picture of your face must be on the waiver (c) you must present evidence of the annual waiver to the waiver station - "It's on file" or "I forget it" is not acceptable and Speedwaiver will then need to be completed to enter the event - you will be required to move out the the waiver line to complete Speedwaiver. (3) Lastly, regardless of using Speedwaiver or Annual waiver to complete the SCCA waiver requirement, you must also sign the AMP waiver. thank you!
  8. My annual waiver and I assume all annual waivers expire on a calendar year (mine expires 12/31/2022) basis just like annual tech, unaware of any National office direction to base it on issue date or membership renewal date My annual waiver on my scca card does not contain my photo so additional proof (ie drivers license) would need to be displayed As mentioned by Lance we will continue to request MSR and SCCA to integrate SCCA annual waivers into their feed to MSR.
  9. Yes, an autocross on the AMP track! Need to use up a vacation day? here's a great way to enjoy the time off. AZ PCA will be running an autox on the AMP track. Format will be typical SCCA fashion, cars are released one after another with an appropriate launch interval. The four main straights will have slaloms to keep speed under control. Link is: AutoX Nov 2022 AZ PCA on the AMP track (motorsportreg.com Kim
  10. As Lance said the event is completely full - this also means only invited/registered guests can be allowed on site. Please do not bring guests who are not registered as they will not be allowed on site. thank you
  11. one additional point, the SC is working on a 2 day event in early 2023
  12. the SC will be announcing changes on the Nov event shortly stay tuned
  13. I will be a corner worker at a track event tomorrow but will work with the track manager to move the old cones out early in the morning before 7:30 regrets will be tied up for rest of day and not able to help off load the shiny new ones
  14. the current thinking is Sunday will be the regular points event and the weekend will be an event with both days counting toward determining winners for that event, more details to follow
  15. actually it is more complex as we are actively looking at a 2 day event - Nov 19 and Nov 20
  16. will it pass tech? assuming a passenger holding it is out of the question? πŸ˜‚
  17. Yes for PASR members only, reg opens tonight at 8 pm
  18. time to display the flag! visit the goodie store for other great PASR swag
  19. A few days before general registration opens Lance will send an email out to PASR members to announce pre-reg. If you have not done already you should create accounts (for any entrants) in MSR, which is the registration site we use for our events. http://motorsportreg.com When creating accounts be sure to list a vehicle in the the MSR β€œgarage” and also list PASR in MSR as your region of record.
  20. also if your SCCA region of record is Phoenix AZ Solo there is early registration for members of our region
  21. AMP has their own separate minor waiver that needs to be completed. You can find it on the opening page of the website just click, print, complete it and bring to event
