Eric, All cones (except pointer cones) count a two second penalty. What the Pylon press was addressing is whether a cone hit at or after the finish results in an automatic DNF (no time given).

as long as MSR is making money on speedwaiver I think the odds of them importing over SCCA electronic waivers is slim. On a different note SCCA is testing out their registration system this year, if successful, we may have an integrated registration system option to choose from.
