Registration for the Feb-24 (yes, it’s a Saturday) autocross event at Musselman Honda Circuit is now open!! https://registration.azbrscca.org It will close on THURSDAY, Feb-22 at 7PM so don’t miss it! Because of the time limit (need to leave the venue by 2PM), we take A/B & C/D schedule (no grid/paddock moves between comp-run and time-only, just one switch of the grid between B & C.) The site will open at 7:00AM and tech closes at 8:15AM. We are looking for assistance in tech. Those who are interested in, please contact us.

Registration for this weekend’s autocross event at Kino is open now. As we have a year-end party after the event, we would like to get a rough idea of how many people would be coming. Registration for the event at Kino Sports Complex on Nov 26 will open on Nov 17. Registration Site Registration will close on Friday Nov 24 at 7 pm. Since we won’t have an event in December, this will be our last event of the year. - It means that we will also be hosting our end of year party immediately after the event, at Dave and Buster's, 1390 E Tucson Marketplace Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85713, about 5 min drive from the venue. Food and non-alcoholic drink are covered by the club. This is also the annual membership meeting where we will be voting on new board positions.

We are urgently looking for Solo Safety Stewards (SSS) for our events. We would not be able to run an autocross event without a safety steward. There will be “Setup” in the work assignment preference pull-down menu at the registration, and if assigned, that would count as your work for the day. Those who are assigned will be notified by the email at the address that we have for you. Be sure to show up early (in summer schedule, 6AM). Of course, we would very much appreciate it if you could come early and help seting up the course even if you weren’t assigned. Quicker setup of the course would allow starting the run earlier, and being done earlier in the day!! Please remember, our autocross events are operated entirely on a volunteer basis. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks David. I am glad the platform with the largest population (still the case, right?) is not seeing an issue. Scott, that's interesting. I never had issue with Safari, although I am on Monterey, not the latest (Ventura). There were some incidents in which people with PayPal app installed on the phone could not pay. We're looking into what is going on. Your case is new (at least to me). What did you do to "workaround"? Pop-up blocker may have an issue. I seem to recall PayPal opens in a new tab in Safari. Next time can you temporarily disable the pop-up blocker when it happens again?

What's the OS/platform???? Windows 7/10/11? Linux of some flavor? What browser do you use? I know it worked on my macOS (Monterey) and Safari.

Scott, are you doing it on a phone? iOS/Android? I suppose you did not have PayPal app installed on your phone (or tablet for that matter.) Yushi

Entry fee for non-members is now $15 higher than the fee for members. You will see the updated entry fee at the registration for the next event. If you are a repeater to autocross events as we hope you are, it might make sense for you to become a member of SCCA. You can do it at https://www.scca.com.
