Agreed. Fantastic event. Great value to get all that seat time without the pressure of a normal event. My only suggestion is that (in addition to learning to drive better) this would have been a great venue to really teach newer members how to work the course safely and efficiently. Maybe an experienced "lead" at each cone station on the next one. A group of inexperienced people only teach each other their bad habits, instead of having someone with experience teach/show them how to be safer and more efficient.

Right on! I believe I've seen that car at the Good Guys events. It gets me excited to give it a try with my car. I'm going to register for the January event... anything else I should know or do ahead of time?

I'm brand new to this but I've been interested in Autocross for quite some time. I think I'm finally ready to jump in. I've been reading and searching but I'm totally lost on how to class my car. It is a 1968 Mustang with stock style front suspension, modified rear suspension (still leaf spring setup). It has a fuel injected motor from an 88 Mustang. Thanks for any help you can provide!
