Registration is open for AZBR autocross event on Jan-18 at Podium Club is now open!!!

Online pre-registration is strongly encouraged.  It will close at 7PM on Jan-16.

We are not planning Time-Only session on this event, with a potential extra run(s).

 

There are two events currently open for registration (Jan-11 in Sierra Vista and Jan-18 at Podium Club), so make sure to register for the one you intend to.

Reminder that registration for this first event is capped at 120 and we are just past halfway full. Register now!

(Future events will support more entrants after some operational learnings; the cap exists for this event to guarantee a good experience for those who come.)

Is there a time we all need to be off site after the event?  I may need to catch a flight and this would help gauge if I can make the flight.  Thanks.

You should be able to leave as soon as your run/work cycle is complete.

I'm a PSAR member and interested in the Jan-18th race... what are the requirements for things like car numbers & group ID's? I know that SCCA rules require this... but our PASR region handles it differently through our grid spot only. Also are there any other things that are KNOWN differences between AZBR & PASR as I have only ran in the PASR events. Thanks in advance!

No requirements on # or Gp IDs.  We handle by the grid number.

Not sure about differences between PASR and AZBR (sorry!).  Hopefully someone can step in on this.

Grid and car numbers are handled similar to PASR. Cars get assigned a run group A, B, C, D and a number to go with that run group.

The morning reg/tech process might be a little different, but we've structured it so you don't really have to think about it. Just show up and people will tell you where to go.

Everyone in AZ (PASR/AZBR/SSCC) uses the same grid system, no car numbers.

Better sign up quick because there were 15 spots left last I checked. Anyone wait listed is unlikely to make it in.

You do not need an SCCA member number to sign the waiver form, but if you have one please make sure you write it down on the form.

Is there pdf of the track map you can share here?  Or is it posted somewhere else that I am not aware of?

Course maps are usually printed out and provided onsite at their normal events. Not sure how they are doing this one since it's a track cross event.

The same way as "normal" autocross events.  Hardcopies will be available on the day of the event.

We do no publish the run order prior to the event.

If you registered and paid, you are registered.

I want to bring a friend to only ride along. Does he need to pre-register or just sign the waiver at the gate?
