Unless that feature is turned off.

On iPhones 14 and later, it can be done by

1. open “Settings” app,

2. scroll down to “Emergency SOS”

3. go to “Crash Detection”

4. Toggle off the switch next to “Call After Severe Crash”.

Otherwise, leave your phone outside of your car when you run.
