Check to see if you registered for Time-Only session for March 29 event (You may not have!)

Our last 2 events did not have Time-Only sessions, the default setting was changed to “No TOs”, and the option was not even shown.

The upcoming event will be at Kino, and THERE WILL BE TIME-ONLY SESSIONS.

However, the default setting especially for those who registered for Podium Club events was set to “No Time Only”.

If you are unsure, please chack back your registration and update.

Yushi, is it also true that Kino this (and future events there) will be run/work pairing as A/C and B/D?

In the past it was always A/B and C/D. That’s how I read your website for this weekend's event.

Please clarify. Us out-of-towners always appreciated the A/B arrangement.😉

Hi Scott,

In this particular event, we may have worker shortages, and we are still undicided on run-work arrangements.

I understand your preference, but many people are out of town for this weekend, so healthy number of workers may take the priority.

So, the arrangement this weekend will not become the "standard", if it deviates from previous arrangements.

 

You might ask: Why did we have the event on this weekend when we know many won't be in town?

   -- This is the only date Kino is available to us.

Yushi, I would not have asked that. I am aware that both Tucson and Phoenix (and even SV) have fewer date choices than in the past.

Sadly, I noticed that next month Phoenix and Tucson are on the same weekend.😢 I would hope that other options were just not available.

Back in the years I served as the Phoenix Solo Director our Solo Community all planned ahead and shared calendars at early times and actively sought to avoid any date conflicts. It would be indeed a “lose-lose” to not do so. 

Hoping that still happens when possible.😉👍
