Bob B.
For 2 different cars, though both BMW 3 series - how about that for symmetry? ~6" length for the front of the E36 ~8" length for the rear of the E21 (I can probably get away with 7" if I use the tenders I have...) J Balducci
If you consider 400lb - I have 2 H&R 6" long x 2.5".
Bob B.
Hmmm. Tempted, maybe for the front of the e21. I was going to run 450/300 on that, but they say you should keep a 100lb split, so maybe I should go 400/300 For the E36, too much rate. I've got 375s that came with the ground control kit, but since it's a 318, a bit too stiff with the bump stop. Short story long, found a 6k spring and suitable bumpstops are perfect. M3 bumpstops are the bomb but too wide for the 60mm springs, and the 2.5ID 300s are just a touch too soft. I should just order some springs and be done, but I'm cheap. We'll see how long that lasts.
