kvenisn
The Phoenix AZ Solo Region (PASR) SC has reviewed the situation and made the decision to change the November 2 day event (originally scheduled for November 19 and 20) to a 1 day event Sunday November 13. The PASR has always strived to schedule it's events around potential conflicts but please bear in mind site availability can be a challenge and often books up well in advance so every effort is made to book early while doing our best to account for potential conflicts. It really is a difficult job for our Site Liaison to work through and generally will end up with some people impacted by conflicts. Additionally it is a lot of work for the various Chiefs to arrange coverage for their areas for a specific date and last minute changes can make this especially challenging. For all these reasons and more it will never be possible to avoid these conflicts and be a challenge to make a lot minute change so I'd like to give my personal thanks to all the people who worked behind the scenes to coordinate and make this change happen and to the entire SC for their flexibility in this matter.
