CMarkmann
For Sale - Pittsburgh / Harbor Freight 1.5 Ton Aluminum Racing Jack It's served me well for probably 10 years at this point. It's leaking a bit from the piston, but still lifts ok. I overhauled it recently, and it's potentially due to thinner oil than whatever sludge was speced in the Chinese sweatshop. Has been used for extensive work on my Miata and former 'Speed3, as well as mundane tire rotations on my heavy pig BMW 2-series and the wife's CX-5. I picked up a black Friday deal on something else, so passing this along to the community. $20, cash is king. Can deliver at December AMP event or pickup in Peoria area if you want it sooner. CRBWS6
Sorry to respond publicly, but PMs do not seem to work for my acct. Does the leak leave drops on the ground? If not, I will take it. Edited December 1, 2022 by CRBWS6

Chuck
I have one exactly like that and it has been a terrific jack over similar period. Never any leaks. Maybe a different oil or o-ring material would fix yours? There are shops that specialize in repair of jacks and other hydraulics. Generally pretty cost effective since they have all the tools, parts, and experience, plus might only spend 20 minutes fixing it.
