Congratulations Kevin and all the leadership of Phoenix AZ Solo on winning the SCCA Region of the Year Award for medium-sized clubs! Well deserved, thanks for all you do for this great club!

I just wanted to clarify, this will be the awards banquet for the Fall 2022 series, not the Spring 2023 series?

I don't see a section for Time Only runs on the March 5th grid numbers and work assignments, unless I'm missing something.

Thanks Jason!

Thanks TJ.

Jason there are no times posted for me, I ran in Group C (C29) and Time Only Group E (E14).

Okay thanks.

Was my assumption too, gates open for afternoon session at noon, if I remember correctly the reason for the split schedule was to reduce crowding given COVID. But I can post next time and ask if the change is intentional. My name is Bruce Benaglio, white BMW 328i coupe.

Okay thanks.

I am driving in group D. My email from MSR shows me working course for group C, but this email shows me working for group B. Are we not doing the split A/B morning C/D afternoon groups again??

Actually you run laps in a morning session and an afternoon session. You get a 3/4 lap warm up and then 3-4 flying laps. All laps timed separately. Number of laps depends on number of entrants and course design. Course map is sent via MSR prior to the event. Similar to SCCA course design with slightly higher speeds. call me if you have other questions

I’ve attended a few SCCA solo events at AMP, and in trying to get more seat time I’m considering doing a Porsche club solo event. I’m unable to go watch a PCA event because of COVID restrictions, so I would like to know how the Porsche club solo events at AMP compare to SCCA solo events? My understanding is that you run your laps all at once. I am curious about how many laps you get, how their courses compare to SCCA courses, and whether they provide a course map prior to events.
