Hi Chris, thanks for that suggestion!    I'm not sure what Ted's username is on the forums though, and it doesn't look like he's been to the last 2 events.

For those of us who travel to Sierra Vista and Tucson events, the SCCA Annual Waivers are accepted there.

Ken, so per your timeline, all SCCA Annual Waivers can only be done after January 1st of each year? I’m envisioning something like the Oklahoma Land Rush scenario of the 1830’s…….🤕

I am not sure when SCCA starts processing annuals for the upcoming year, I was able to process my 2022 annual waiver in early Dec of 2021

  3. After review and discussions:

    (1) Speedwaiver is the strongly preferred method of SCCA waiver execution at PASR events for entrants and registered guests.

    (2) SCCA annual waiver will be accepted provided  (a) must be current (b) a clear picture of your face must be on the waiver (c) you must present evidence of the annual waiver to the waiver station - "It's on file" or "I forget it" is not acceptable and Speedwaiver will then need to be completed to enter the event - you will be required to move out the the waiver line to complete Speedwaiver.

    (3) Lastly, regardless of using Speedwaiver or Annual waiver to complete the SCCA waiver requirement, you must also sign the AMP waiver.

    thank you!

  4. My annual waiver and I assume all annual waivers expire on a calendar year (mine expires 12/31/2022) basis just like annual tech, unaware of any National office direction to base it on issue date or membership renewal date

My annual waiver on my scca card does not contain my photo so additional proof (ie drivers license) would need to be displayed

As mentioned by Lance we will continue to request MSR and SCCA to integrate SCCA annual waivers into their feed to MSR.

  5. Yes, an autocross on the AMP track! Need to use up a vacation day? here's a great way to enjoy the time off. AZ PCA will be running an autox on the AMP track. Format will be typical SCCA fashion, cars are released one after another with an appropriate launch interval. The four main straights will have slaloms to keep speed under control. Link is:

  6. I will be a corner worker at a track event tomorrow but will work with the track manager to move the old cones out early in the morning before 7:30

regrets will be tied up for rest of day and not able to help off load the shiny new ones

Kim, is it being planned as an actual *two day event*, or as done before, one day as a test n tune/practice day and the the second day the actual event?

Also, the AMP calendar is clear both weekend dates the following week….😉😍

the current thinking is Sunday will be the regular points event and the weekend will be an event with both days counting toward determining winners for that event, more details to follow

We are both full SCCA members with Phoenix as our region. Where is the early registration?

I'll get working on minor waivers now but as of now, only she will drive.

A few  days before general registration opens Lance will send an email out to PASR members to announce pre-reg. If you have not done already you should create accounts (for any entrants) in MSR, which is the registration site we use for our events.

     http://motorsportreg.com

When creating accounts be sure to list a vehicle in the the MSR “garage” and also list PASR in MSR as your region of record.
