We tried to watch the event today and we’re turned away due to capacity limit. Have you considered using the newly built facility at Attesa near Casa Grande. They have an area that can be used for autocross.
My understanding is Attesa is a private motor club with a (from their website)
$25,000
initiation fee
+$400/month
as the price of joining their club. If there are any PASR members who are also Attesa members please let Brian Miller know so a possible approach could be discussed.

Bill, very nice first course. Rewarded both aggression and patience and was fun and easy to see course. Look forward to next month’s effort.

at present AMP does not have a track event scheduled for that day so it is possible we will have a sound check

As reflected in the SC minutes the Fall series will officially revert back to 4 comp run groups and 2 TO run groups. The SC will be meeting this week to discuss some process details on the change.

- resonator and muffler delete
not sure what impact that has on the car’s exhaust sound level but assume you are aware that AMP has DB limits of 92 on the skidpad

If you decide to buy from Tire Rack, be sure to use the link on our home page. The club gets a small commission.
and does not impact your pricing!

If your car needs a sound test, AMP has agreed to conduct a second sound test on April 30 (Sat)
Where? AMP track (at 7:50 am meet at the AMP metal container (where we store the cones and equipment) so we can get your AMP waiver signed)
When? Sat April 30th 8 am on the AMP track
Who? cars needing a sound sticker - i.e. those running provisionally for sound
Please bring your Snell 2010+ helmet or see me to borrow one of the SCCA helmets (no passengers during the sound test)
If you are attending, please respond to this topic so we can inform AMP on headcount

Didn't we have an officer who would come to the events before COVID? Does anyone still have their contact info? I would always see the police pickup there. Can't say I knew who it was personally.
we had officers pre-Covid but now we are finding it difficult to locate sworn officers (either as an independent contractor or through a third party agency) willing to do the task. Options are being worked but if you or others have possibilities please contact Brian Miller, who is leading that effort.

No answer by phone so I dropped them an email, thanks again Kim!
they processed your email you are PASR!

To move your membership to Phoenix AZ Solo Region (Region #117) as your Region of Record, contact SCCA Membership via either email (membership@scca.com) or phone 1-800-770-2055 for your request (include your SCCA member number). Would recommend calling them vs email for quicker response.

full throttle - at top of 2nd gear for most cars
also the county meter that AMP must use is set at a fast read setting
-
to clarify, if approved by the SC, if your region of record is PASR, then early event registration would be offered.

After further conversation with them and to close out the Attesa discussion, at least for now, their fees are more than 7 times what our current facility charges us
