This is great, thank you.
Correct to assume, Kim, that some missing times/runs will be included in the real results when Jason returns? For instance, my fifth run is not listed here, assuming others are missing as well. The system went down as we were taking our fifth runs at the event, so they should be on paper.
Scott
correct
again these are un audited results, no comparison has been done against paper results, as I don’t have access to those. Just trying to get some information to competitors.

Kim, thank you very much for sending that out. I have created an Excel Sheet based off of the information that you supplied via email, this makes it a bit easier on the eyes. I tried to get everything as accurate as possible. Feel free to Salt to taste. Enjoy!

Update Steve was able to send me unaudited results and I have sent them (pdf format and a long file) to the email address of the entrants contained in MSR. Check your spam /junk folder if the email is not in your in box. Jason will be updating live timing and taking corrections once live timing is updated.

Having a physical scoreboard located between an active grid and next to timing is a poor location from a safety perspective. Having drivers with their helmets on walking through the active path for cars to get to start is to be avoided. Jason will determine the appropriate fixes on the live scoring issues.
-
times are recorded on the club’s computer to my knowledge times are there and will be published after our head of timing can address the issue

also no club provided water it will be warm later in the day

For what it’s worth, I get to MSR from a bookmark, and I had checked as recently as yesterday, and for me it did not show. All of the PCA stuff did, but nothing from AZSolo.
difference is AZPCA places their live open event registration on MSR months prior to the event AZSolo places the live event on MSR shortly before the event. AZ solo places event basic info on MSR here:
https://azsolo.motorsportreg.com
guessing that is likely not your MSR bookmark?

for clarity it has been on MSR for several weeks - the link to the event is on the main page of the website - the webmaster is checking into why it is not appearing on the forum page

thanks Brian!

Morning Everyone!
So this last even I got my annual tech submitted. In that check in the tech told me I could now make and display my numbers on my car and skip tech.
Anyone able to walk me through that? I am still kinda new to regular events and not even sure where to find "My Numbers". If I find that and the section in the rule book on displaying numbers I will get some made ASAP.
Thanks Everyone!
you only need to put your car number on the upper part of your windshield with removable windshield chalk remember your number will change from event to event so I would not recommend buying a bunch of vinyl numbers as we don’t offer having a permanent number for the car

For clarity, at the April event, masks and social distancing are in effect and will be enforced. For privacy and practical reasons we will not be considering any medical exemptions to those requirements.

In light of the new CDC Covid-19 Guidelines that were announced a few days ago in regards to wearing face coverings at outdoor events for persons that have received their Covid-19 vaccination and in possession of the CDC Covid-19 Vaccine Record Card, could the committee consider the possibility for persons that received their shots and are in possession of the said card be exempt from wearing face coverings at the April event?
There are folks that work in the timing table area that cannot social distance. Agree with the others on this topic, masks are required for March and very likely will be as well for April.

Since, the Saturday Test & Tune event will be an all day event, if I am not able to be on-site in the morning, will I be able to arrive around noon and get my car teched and registered for the afternoon session? I would appreciate an official answer to my question. Thanks
Ken
Regrets no, tech and reg will only be open for the morning. If you need to cancel the entry, the club will refund your entry fee and offer your slot to the next person on the waitlist.

I would love to bring my wife again. I'm sure there are others that have a partner that likes to go too. If there's no more restrictions on people per our rulers does this mean guests are allowed again and if not who says when that happens?
This weekends two events will be run under the current no guests/no visitors rule. The SC will be meeting virtually next week to discuss changes to the April event.

It is my understanding that there are only two run groups (A & B) for the Test and Tune on Saturday. A works for B and B works for A. Both groups will run in the morning session and again in the afternoon session. So, that means, everybody that signed up for the Test and Tune gets to hang-out all day, if they so desire. Am I occasionally right or wrong as usual? I am ready to be corrected, if it is necessary.
fyi, it is an all day event and everyone who signed up is required to complete all their work assignments before leaving
