Yes it is, as long as that is the only means of added camber adjustment at the rear. Meaning you can't have both adjustable control arms AND adjustable offset control arm bushings. But either one on its own is fine.

The CDC guideline say nothing about being able to not wear a mask at outdoor events once vaccinated. The guideline state:
You should still take steps to protect yourself and others in many situations, like wearing a mask, staying at least 6 feet apart from others, and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. Take these precautions whenever you are:
- In public
- Gathering with unvaccinated people from more than one other household
- Visiting with an unvaccinated person who is at increased risk of severe illness or death from COVID-19 or who lives with a person at increased risk

In Tucson, I used Nu Wheel more than once and they were great. There are similar places in Phoenix, but I have no experience with them.
Need assistance interpreting the rules

I think no. 14.8.2 says:
2. On arm-and-strut (MacPherson/Chapman) suspensions, the lower
arms may be modified/replaced OR other methods of camber adjust-
ment as allowed by Sections 14.8.B, C, or F may be used, but NOT
both.
So you can replace the lower arms, but cannot implement other methods of camber adjustment if you do so. If the camber bolt is there stock, it's OK. But if you're adding it, then it would violate 14.8.2.
