Lucahemi
Hey all, was hoping to join an autox at AMP this fall in my 135i convertible 6spd. It is bone stock. Am I allowed to run? If so what class? Thanks and hope to see you all out there

Lucahemi
Thanks for sharing, so I *think* after searching the document that I can run in the street class without a roll bar as long as the top of my helmet does not go above windshield? Correct me if I’m wrong 41 minutes ago, freakin_elrod said: https://www.scca.com/downloads/66191-2023-solo-rule-bookv1/download

ribs
BMW 135i, straight stock, which can be built with a BMW vert? 390 SCCA pages - yeah, in my opinion, it is FS. Register as FS Results/Position/Classification can always be fixed later Edited September 4, 2023 by ribs
smeyers
Yes, convertibles are allowed. Most Miatas out there do not have roll bars, and I am not aware of any rule about helmet above windshield. But you are specifically NOT allowed to roll it over........😉. For sure against the rules. I hear it's a two second penalty.🤣 But also stay away from all fencing at AMP.🙄 Please add a signature line so we get to know who you are.👍 Edited September 5, 2023 by smeyers

I added a signature, but don’t see many other folks with a signature so not sure exactly what to add but it’s a start! edit: I added mine but still don’t see it on this comment so maybe it’s just not visible on mobile ?
