SCCA annual waivers are going digital

You still need to do speed waiver. It helps Lance get registration done faster.

The paper waiver is for AMP. They don't want to use speed waiver.

Ours cards have shown the annual Waiver for a couple of years now. Phoenix will not accept that, but Tucson and Sierra Vista will.

It's not that we don't accept it, it's easier for registration if we do speed waiver. And AMP doesn't accept speed waiver. So we still have to fill out their paperwork. (Sucks for waiver)

It may be that this digital approach will allow Lance to find a way to have that integrate with MSR. MSR would be wise to help find a way to make this happen. Maybe that was why SCCA went this route.

Also, whatever Lance needs from us to make his job easier is AOK with me.👍😎

I'll ask MSR Support once again if this is still on the requested upgrade list.  Last I heard they were very aware of the issue but had no hard plans to address recognizing the SCCA Digital Annual Waiver.

as long as MSR is making money on speedwaiver I think the odds of them importing over SCCA electronic waivers is slim. On a different note SCCA is testing out their registration system this year, if successful, we may have an integrated registration system option to choose from.

Thanks for the follow up.   It took like 2 minutes to do the annual SCCA waiver so it isn't a big deal to keep doing the speed waiver process.
